Semolina Pasta

Semolina pasta is super simple, literally just flour and water and a pinch of salt.  Its fast enough to make on a weeknight, and a fun activity to do with groups big and small.  You can find semolina flour in the specialty flour section of your grocery store or at your local Italian grocery.
